A. Summary: The project involves the following:

1. Demolition.

2. Sitework.

3. Construction of a new single-story Visitor Concession building.

B. Site Work: Demolition, earthwork, and site utilities – refer to Civil drawings.

C. Building: New single-story, 480SF CMU building w/ pitched preformed

aluminum metal roof. Associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical

work.

D. Schedule: Refer to Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders.

Only Contractors having been pre-qualified by the School Board of Clay County are eligible to submit bids for this project. Only pre-qualified Contractors should submit bids for this project(Florida Statutes).

Florida Statutes require that all contractual personnel who are permitted access on school grounds when students are present must meet Level 2 screening requirements as described in S1012.32, Florida Statutes.
